This is a unique and exciting course that will help you to understand the deeper impact of stress on our health. It is only by understanding stress through the various layers or body systems, that we can truly manage it.
Lise will share her knowledge gained over the last 30 years around her understanding of the 'amazing design of the human body' including, the interconnectedness of all the body systems.
You will learn simple and valuable techniques to help reset and rebalance the body.
Each module will include simple, take-home, practical techniques. The methods taught will enable you to minimize stress and the overall result achieved will be that of improved health and greater sense of well-being.
Nothing in the body works in isolation. Everything works together.
The course content will highlight this including the tightly knit connection between body and mind.
You will learn simple ways to navigate life's stressors which will assist you to shift stress patterns, as well as calm, center and strengthen both the body and mind. You will leave the course with the knowledge to help balance and reset the body within the nervous system, fascial system, lymphatic system and energetic systems.
The course is a must for anyone struggling with stress, anxiety or fatigue. It will also be of value to those interested in self-care, using natural bodywork methods to optimize one's health and wellbeing.

I really enjoyed this course and it’s been very beneficial for me. I’ve had chronic pain for many years, which has both been exacerbated by and contributed to chronic stress, so I was excited to hear about this course. Since starting the course I've had a reduction in cervical migraine and lower back pain, thanks to daily practice of just a few of the techniques Lise taught us. My flexibility and ease of movement feels significantly better too. The techniques are simple and quick, so it’s been easy to incorporate them into my daily routine. Lise was lovely to interact with, very knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience with us. I’ve done a lot of bodywork over the years and was surprised at how much of the course information was completely new to me, and it’s left me eager to keep learning more about working with the systems of the body like the lymph and fascia, which I can now see are fundamental for health, especially after experiencing dysfunction or illness in the body. I highly recommend this course if you want to feel more empowered to improve your wellness and support your body to heal. I’ll definitely be coming back for more learning with Lise in future!
